SmallRig 4771 HawkLock Quick Release Advanced Cage Kit for Sony FX3 and FX30
- Compatibility: This camera handheld cage kit is specialize design for Sony FX3 / FX30 to protect camera and provide accessory mounting points. The NATO Rail is fixed by two 1/4″-20 screws, and can be compatible with the original XLR after disassembly; the U-shaped cage module is fixed by 1/4″-20 screws on both sides and the bottom, which is stable and does not deflect. The kit includes a cage, NATO Rail, XLR handle extension, cable clamp for HDMI and wrist strap.
- Patented HawkLock QR Structure: The self-developed HawkLock structure covers the cold shoe, NATO Rail and plate for Arca-Swiss, which can used with HawkLock eco-accessories to achieve smooth sliding in and self-locking to improve the efficiency of disassembling and reassembling, and it is also compatible with the traditional cold shoe, NATO Clamp, and clamp for Arca-Swiss.
- XLR Handle Extension: This FX3 / FX30 advanced cage kit comes with XLR handle extension, which is ergonomically designed to enhance the grip and strength of the original XLR top handle for easy expansion of accessories. Load-bearing capacity of up to 20kg/44lbs. Please remove the top NATO rail before installing the original XLR handle.
- Wrist Strap & Cable Clamp: This professional cage kit for FX3 / FX30 comes with wrist strap to improve the stability of handheld shooting and prevents the device from slipping during handheld shooting. And also equipped with a dedicated cable clamp for HDMI to protect interface to ensure the signal stability during shooting.
- Multiple Mounting Points: The cage is built-in 1/4“-20 threaded holes, 3/8”-16 locating hole for ARRI, 1/4”-20 locating holes, QD socket, strap slot, and can be expanded with accessories such as Magic Arm (ID: 3873), Top Handle (ID:3765), Rod Clamp (ID:3598), QD Shoulder Strap, Hand Strap (ID:3848), and Shoulder Strap (ID:PSC2428) for professional creation.

Overview SmallRig 4771
Protect your Sony FX3 and FX30 camera from the rigors of the production day while mounting accessories without stressing your camera’s body with this HawkLock Quick Release Advanced Cage Kit from SmallRig. The advanced kit includes the HawkLock cage, a top plate, a NATO rail for the original XLR top handle, an XLR handle extension and lock, a wrist strap, and an HDMI cable clamp. The camera mounts onto the cage using screws on the bottom and two sides, preventing twisting or movement. The included NATO rail accommodates the original XLR top handle, and the extension allows you to have a full D-shaped top handle.
Featuring an integrated Arca-type quick release base, you can quickly mount the cage onto a compatible tripod head or use the built-in 1/4″-20 or 3/8″-16 mounting threads to mount the camera plate for your specific tripod head. Around the cage are also multiple 1/4″-20 and 3/8″-16 threads, a shoe mount, a QD port, a strap slot, and a HawkLock side NATO rail for adding a variety of accessories.
